Hey everyone! I've been admiring all the beautiful plants I see online, and I'm ready to jump into plant parenthood. The thing is, I've had a rough time keeping plants alive in the past. I'm hoping that with a bit more knowledge, I can finally grow some lovely greenery like you all do. Can anyone recommend some easy plants that are great for beginners? Also, are there any good websites or books that can teach me the basics of plant care?

Absolutely, welcome to the plant community! I'd suggest starting with pothos, snake plants, or ZZ plants. They're all relatively easy to care for and pretty forgiving. There's also an app called Planta that can help you keep track of their care needs. You've got this! ?
Pothos plants are perfect for beginners! They only need to be watered about once a week and are super adaptable. They can thrive in low light or bright light, and their long vines look really nice as they grow. Definitely a great choice to start with!
