Hey everyone! I'm looking to buy some quality hand tools, specifically a planer and some chisels. I'd love to hear your recommendations on the best brands out there. Thanks!

What’s your budget like? For great quality at a more affordable price, I suggest checking out Woodriver. They make solid tools that won’t break the bank!
If you're after top-notch quality, you can't go wrong with Veritas and Lie-Nielsen, but be prepared to spend a bit—they're on the pricier side.
Don’t overlook vintage tools! You can find awesome old Stanleys for pretty cheap. With just a bit of elbow grease, they can perform like new. Veritas and Woodriver are nice, but a 100-year-old tool can be a gem.

Thanks for the tip! I'll definitely look into Woodriver.
