I'm looking for recommendations on grow lights that will help keep my Echeveria thriving indoors during the winter months. I'm a bit uncertain about the strength and type of grow light I should go for. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You should definitely check out previous posts on this sub for grow light suggestions. Both Barrina and Sansi are pretty popular. I personally use Barrina T5s, and they work wonders! Just make sure you have them on for about 12-14 hours and placed around 6-8 inches away from the plants. Your Echeveria will love it!
Many in the community recommend brands like Sansi and Barrina, especially in various formats available on Amazon. A full spectrum grow light is ideal for succulents like Echeveria. Just avoid those 'blurple' lights since they're often too weak for high-light plants. Also, ensure you're running the light long enough each day and positioning it close enough to promote healthy growth.
I really like using Barrina T8s for my succulents. They provide nice, bright light that helps keep my plants healthy.
