I've got a drainage breather pipe that's causing issues with the alignment of my shower wall. The builders didn't align it properly, and now I'm faced with some choices. I could either extend the wall out to clear the pipe, or I could break up the cement to reposition the pipe within the wall. Both of these seem like quite a hassle, so I'd love to hear your thoughts on what my options are.

Using furring strips is a straightforward and budget-friendly solution! They can help extend the wall out beyond the pipe without too much hassle.
A simpler approach might be to cut the pipe a couple of inches above the floor. You could use two 45-degree fittings to move it back into the wall cavity—less work than other options.
