What are the best ways to hang flat wood blocks on drywall without drilling?

I'm looking to hang some name blocks for my nursery, but they don't have any anchor points on the back—they're just flat. I've tried using gorilla tape, but it's not sticking long-term, and the blocks have started to fall. I'm hoping to find some suggestions that don't involve drilling into the wall. Any ideas?

Have you thought about using Command strips? They're great for sticking things to walls without leaving marks, and they hold pretty well. You could also try poster putty, which can be surprisingly effective for lightweight items like your name blocks.

I get wanting to avoid drilling! If you're open to it, glue could work as well, but it might be tough to remove later if you change your mind. Still, Command strips might be your best bet if you want something that comes off clean.
