I'm on the hunt for some great woodworking books as a birthday gift for my dad! He's been crafting furniture and household items like lamps for decades and really enjoys shaker and craftsman-style designs. Lately, he's also gotten into making smaller projects like cutting boards and trivets. I'm not super knowledgeable about woodworking, so I'd love any recommendations you might have for books on these topics or something that could introduce him to new ideas!

Don't forget about 'Good Clean Fun' by Nick Offerman! It’s not just practical but also entertaining, perfect for your dad's sense of humor!
You should definitely check out the books by Bob Wearing from Lost Art Publishing! They're highly regarded among woodworking enthusiasts and have some fantastic resources.
Thanks, really helpful--looks like Lost Art Press has a lot of other books he would love as well!

Thanks!
