Hey everyone! With the weather being so lovely lately, I'm feeling the urge to start sowing seeds for things like dahlias, lily of the valleys, and marigolds, even though I know I probably should hold off a bit. So far, I've sown foxgloves and chamomile indoors, and some rose campion and California poppies outside. What about you all? What are you planting or sowing? Have you started anything early this year? The daytime temperatures are great, but I'm concerned that the nights are still getting a bit too chilly for some plants.

I’ve already sown primula, cosmos, and some sweet alyssum. Next up are foxgloves and nasturtiums, but I’m holding off on direct sowing anything until it warms up a bit.
I've taken a leap and started sowing wildflowers, poppies, and cornflowers early. I crossed my fingers for the seedlings since the blackbirds have been digging stuff up. I've had to redo some planters because of them! Also, I've got hollyhocks and cosmos started inside, holding off on putting them out because of the frost coming. Being in the NW, this waiting game is tough!
I’m all about wildflowers and sweet peas this year, plus I'm daring to try out some herbs too!
I’m sowing a bunch of stuff—zinnias and sunflowers are doing well in my little greenhouse. I'm also planning to do some successional sowing soon!
I re-sowed some patches of grass and night-scented stock - they’re my favorite!
I've been getting into wildflower seeds, which can be direct sown now. It’s a great time for them!

I feel you! It’s so exciting but nerve-wracking with the frost risks.
