Hey everyone! I'm considering getting a battery-powered lawn mower for my lawn, which is about 8m by 6m. I'm attracted to the idea of no cords or extension leads, but I have my doubts about battery life since they usually need to be charged and can die right when you're in the middle of mowing. I'd love to hear from anyone who's used one and can share their insights. Thanks in advance!

I've been checking out the EGO range and I've heard nothing but good things about their products. They seem pretty high quality!
I switched to a Cobra cordless mower from petrol, and the difference is amazing! It's lightweight and super easy to use. Just remember, if you're dealing with longer or wet grass, you'll need to go slow for the best battery life, but overall, I'd never go back to petrol. The convenience outweighs everything!
Yeah, I've noticed the same thing! The battery doesn't last as long on tougher cuts, but generally, I'm thrilled with my mower too.
I own a battery mower and I totally recommend them! It's so convenient, especially for those of us with odd working hours. No noise at weird times, and they really get the job done.
I've got a Ryobi mower, and it works well for me! The great part is I already had some Ryobi batteries for other tools, so I saved a lot on equipment.
That's awesome! Having interchangeable batteries is such a game changer.
I have a Mountfield Electress and it's perfect for my lawn size. It usually gets a couple of cuts from one charge. Just be mindful; if you try to mow when the grass is really long or wet, you'll hit the battery life hard. But it's so much safer not dealing with cables!

Absolutely! EGO really makes some solid tools for mowing.
