I recently bought a new house, and unfortunately, 90% of my tools were stolen shortly after I moved in. I'm relatively new to the Milwaukee platform (besides a bundle I purchased last year that included a trimmer, blower, and edger), and I want to avoid any regretful purchases this time around. I'm a buy once, cry once type of person, but since I'm not using these tools for a living, I don't need top-of-the-line equipment. My main focus will be on home remodeling, DIY projects, and possibly some car maintenance. I'm also looking to take advantage of Memorial Day deals. I came across this tool combo kit that seems to cover most of my needs, except for a jigsaw, nail gun, and table saw. I'm wondering if this is a decent deal or if I should keep looking for something better.

I recommend going for the M12 fuel tools instead of M18 for general DIY stuff around the house. They're usually more compact and easier to handle for most homeowner projects.
Sorry to hear about your tools getting stolen! If you have specific tools in mind, it might be smarter to buy them individually. Shopping for deals can be a lot of fun but also super overwhelming sometimes.
Since you already have M18 batteries from your trimmer, I'd stick with M18. M12 tools are great, but if you have the batteries, it makes more sense to get M18 gear. Just curious, how did your tools end up getting stolen?
