I've got 50 gallons of cherry sawdust and I'm wondering what I can do with it. Any ideas or suggestions?

You could totally grow mushrooms! It’s a perfect medium for that!
You could look for a local company that pelletizes sawdust; that way, you can use it in your Traeger for some delicious smoked dishes! If that doesn’t pique your interest, you could use it as a substrate for growing mushrooms. Oyster, shiitake, lion's mane, and turkey tail mushrooms all thrive on hardwood sawdust.
For gardening, it's versatile! Using it as mulch can help keep weeds down and retain moisture, but be careful. You’ll want to mix in some nitrogen fertilizer so it doesn’t deplete your soil’s nitrogen over time. The best use might be to compost it—just remember to add plenty of high-nitrogen materials to balance the carbon content for great compost results.
Yeah, spreading it over your garden beds in the fall is a great idea! Just be cautious if you do it in the spring, as it could hinder the growth of your summer plants.
