What Can I Do With Excess Lemon Juice?

I've got a whole bunch of lemon juice—around a couple gallons—that's expired from my business, and I really don't want to waste it. Since I've started organic gardening recently, I'm hoping to find a good use for it. My wife is eager for me to use it up quickly instead of storing it, too. I've been struggling with some garden pests like aphids and caterpillars, and my blackberry bushes are going wild. Plus, my neighbor's cat has decided my garden bed is a litter box, which is not cool. So, I'm wondering if lemon juice could help with any of these problems? I'm looking for any creative ideas or solutions for using up this lemon juice!

Honestly, it hasn't really "expired." The date on the bottle just means the quality isn't guaranteed beyond that point. If it looks and smells the same, I say go ahead and use it!

Well, it's for a store, and the health department has rules about expired products.

You can freeze the lemon juice into ice cubes, which is a great way to save it for future use! Just make sure to check how expired it really is; if it looks and smells fine, you should be good to go!

You could make some lemonade concentrate! Or even a blackberry lemonade concentrate would be super refreshing. I found a couple of recipes online that might help you out—check out this one for lemonade concentrate!
