Hey everyone! I'm looking for some recommendations on CNC routers suitable for mid-sized to large shops. Specifically, I'm interested in a 5x10 nested CNC setup that can help me ramp up production to about 50 sheets per day. Essential features for me include having a discharge table and a sweep bar, although I don't need a loading system right now. It would be great if it has pod capability for trimming doors, but labeling isn't necessary just yet. I'll primarily be using it for case parts and single-piece doors. Speed and reliability are my top priorities since accuracy is generally not a major concern for my application. If you've got experience with machines like Homag, Biesse, or Anderson, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thanks!

I used to work with a Homag, and honestly, it was a pretty solid machine, but there are a couple of downsides. A lot of its parts and software are proprietary, which made repairs quite pricey and often a bit slow. I've heard similar concerns about Biesse too. So, I would really think carefully before choosing Homag.
Are you saying to think twice for good or bad? How often did the machine take downtime?
