What Edible Flowers Can I Grow in Zone 4?

Hey everyone! I recently got a setup with a plant light, a pot, and soil to start my own little garden. So far, I'm growing garlic scapes, green onions, and some carrot stems. I'm really interested in adding some edible flowers that I can throw in salads and enjoy. I live in Zone 4, so I'm looking for suggestions on flowers that can be grown within a timeframe of 1-3 months. Any recommendations? Thanks!

You should definitely check out nasturtiums! They’re not just pretty flowers—you can eat the entire plant, and they're super easy to grow in pots. They even have a radish-like taste!

Thanks for the tip! I love that they’re all edible. Sounds perfect for my space!

Borage is a great choice too! Those little blue flowers taste like cucumber, and they’re pretty stunning in salads. Plus, they’re easy to grow.
