Hey everyone! I'm on the lookout for a fast-growing indoor plant that can quickly regrow after harvesting. I'm setting up a worm farm and want to use the plant as food for the worms. Any suggestions on what type of plant would work well and grow back quickly?

Have you thought about using Tradescantia? It's a really low-maintenance plant that grows back quickly when you cut it. Plus, it's super easy to propagate!

Coleus is another great choice! They grow back quickly too, and I've seen some beautiful varieties, like the Kong series.

You might want to consider growing a flat tray of warm-season grass. If you place it on a windowsill or under grow lights, it can grow a few inches every week with the right care. Perfect for your worms!
