I'm curious about what people think regarding in-home wellness installations. If you could remodel or create your dream wellness space, would you go for features like a cold plunge tub, a traditional or infrared sauna, a red-light therapy panel, or a sensory deprivation float tank? Do you think these options will become more mainstream, or are they just niche and hard to maintain?

I installed a traditional sauna a while back and I absolutely love it! It's like having a hot tub without all the maintenance. When I'm not using it, it's off, which keeps costs down. You should definitely go for it if it's something you enjoy!
Definitely a sauna! I recently watched an episode of International House Hunters in Stockholm where every place had one. If I had the funds and space, I'd also love to have a traditional Japanese onsen. Miss those days!
That sounds amazing! I'd love to try an onsen someday. We have an infrared sauna that we brought along when we moved, and it’s been such a game changer!
Sauna is a go for me! Cold plunges might be a bit trendy, but if I had the cash, I’d consider one. I think recovery features like saunas are super important. If it’s your dream space, just go for what makes you happy!

I’m not sure how you can compare a sauna to a hot tub though. Hot tubs are an experience!
