Hey everyone! I just grabbed a Suncast hose reel at an estate sale, but I ran into a bit of a snag. I tried to connect the hose from my house to the reel, and it doesn't have any threads. I'm guessing there's a missing piece that I need to buy. If it's something affordable or universal, I'd be happy to pick it up. Thanks for your help! It sounds like you might need a hose adapter. Most hose reels have a standard connection, so you should be able to find an adapter at any hardware store. Just make sure to take the reel with you to match the size, or check the product manual if you can. They’re usually really cheap too!
