I feel a bit bummed for missing the earlier deal at $260, but it seemed like a good investment. I'm a new homeowner tackling small projects right now, and maybe a shed in the future. Should I keep the M18 set or switch to a cheaper compact option? I was also thinking about getting the M12 installation driver for smaller jobs. What do you all think? Are there any essential tools I should grab on sale soon, or should I hold off until I actually need something? By the way, I also have a Ryobi air compressor and some lights!

I own both the M12 and M18 sets. I got the M18 during a Black Friday sale, but honestly, I find my M12 gets the job done for most tasks.
