I'm wrapping up my first major renovation where we added square footage, rerouted HVAC and electrical, and did a lot of work including new hardwood floors and fresh paint. We're nearing the end and I want to know what key things I should look for or consider when the contractor says everything is finished. Any helpful tips?

Make sure to grab some blue tape and mark any areas you want the contractor to review. This way, you won't forget anything during punch list day! Just be mindful, as left on too long, blue tape can damage fresh finishes like paint or floor poly.
