Hey everyone! I just moved into a townhouse and found that the outdoor outlet isn't working at all. I've checked all my fuses and turned on every light switch in the house to see if it's tied to any of them, but no luck. It's not a GFCI outlet, which adds to the confusion. I'm kind of stuck here and would love any advice on what steps I can take to troubleshoot this before I call an electrician. Thanks!

Have you checked if there's a GFCI outlet somewhere on the same circuit? Sometimes they trip and don't visibly show it on the breaker. I had this happen before, and it took me ages to find the tripped one! Make sure to check all the GFCI outlets around the house, just in case.

Sounds good! I’ll double-check that. I just don’t remember seeing any GFCIs, but maybe they’re hidden.
