What Should I Do About Squash Vine Borer Eggs on My Zucchini?

Hey everyone! I think I spotted some eggs on my zucchini plant this morning. Should I just remove the affected leaves and cross my fingers? I also drenched the plant with neem oil before heading to work, but I'm worried if that's enough. Am I in serious trouble?

You could definitely use tape to gently pull the eggs off. Just be sure to also spray or inject some BT (Bacillus thuringiensis) as a preventive measure. I find this maintenance technique really helps keep the pests at bay!

Do you actually inject it? What size needles do you use? I’ve got some 22Ga ones but I find it tricky to get the fluid in.
