What should I do about wall anchors in my shower walls?

Hey everyone! I just moved into a new house and noticed there are 6 plastic wall anchors on the shower walls (3 on each side). I have no clue what they were for, and I'm a bit concerned about potential water damage from these holes. Should I take out the anchors and fill the holes, or can I leave them and just patch the wall? Also, I'd love some advice on what material to use for patching the holes. Thanks!

I'd recommend removing those wall anchors entirely. After you pull them out, you should fill the holes with a good bathroom caulk that matches your grout. This way, you won't have to worry about water getting in and causing damage.

Yeah, that sounds solid! Just make sure to use a mold-resistant caulk to be safe.
