Hey everyone! I'm in the process of swapping out all the ceiling fans in my house (built around 2004). The current setup has two chains for each fan, with separate wall switches controlling the light and fan. I've noticed that most new fans come with a wall remote instead of traditional switches. I'm curious about what to do with the existing wall switches now that I'm upgrading. Should I just put a blank plate over them since they only control the lights? I'm looking for suggestions on what has worked well for others and what might look the best. Thanks in advance for your help!
