Hey everyone! I'm diving into woodworking and I need some advice. I've got all the tools but I'm not sure what would be a good project for a beginner. I have limited experience, so I'm looking for something that's manageable and fun. Any suggestions?

A great first project is making a box! It’s simple and there are so many ways to do it. Plus, you’ll learn a lot of important skills along the way. Boxes are super useful, and every woodworker should know how to make one. Check out YouTube for various box-making tutorials!
What wood do you have on hand? Knowing what you're working with can help narrow down your options. My first real project was making Adirondack chairs, and they turned out great!
Before starting any project, you might want to stock up on some woodworking knowledge first. It can really help you avoid mistakes down the line. Just start with something that seems fun to you!
If you're feeling ambitious, a tallboy dresser could be a fun project since you have all the tools. It’s a bit more complex, but it’ll give you a lot of practice. Just make sure to find some good guides online to help you through it!
Are there any websites you recommend for detailed guides on building a tallboy? Thanks!

Thanks! I’ll definitely check out some tutorials on making boxes.
