What to Do When You Keep Getting the Wrong Crab Apple?

I've been trying to get a specific type of crab apple tree for a while now. After leaving my old one behind, I ordered the same variety from a well-known online seller. The first tree they sent was wrong, so they quickly sent me a replacement for free. However, that replacement was also a different variety! I'm really disappointed because the second one looks similar but isn't the type I wanted at all. Should I just accept it this time or push for another replacement? What do you all think?

I’d recommend reaching out again and letting them know you really need the specific variety you ordered. There’s no harm in being persistent, especially since you’ve already received the wrong one twice. If they can’t help, consider looking for a specialist seller. They may offer better options and customer service!

You should definitely complain again! It’s your right as a customer to get what you paid for. They messed up twice, so whether it’s a refund or making it right with the correct tree, they should take responsibility. Don’t settle for less!

Exactly! It’s frustrating, and you deserve to get the tree you wanted rather than just accepting their errors.

I feel your pain! I went through something similar, and in the end, they admitted they didn't have my tree and refunded me. Don't hesitate to push for what you want—it’s what you paid for!

Keep pushing! You have every reason to expect the right variety, and if you don't say anything, it just means they'll keep making the same mistake. Plus, if they can't provide the one you ordered, just ask for a refund. It's not fair to you at all!

For sure, even if it’s annoying, it’s totally worth it. You don’t want to end up stuck with something you didn’t want.
