What Trees Can I Plant to Block My Neighbor’s View?

I'm looking for some advice on trees that can grow taller than my 6-foot fence to help block out the view of my neighbor's huge house. I have a deck which makes the view even worse, and I want to plant something along my fence that won't extend too far out since there's limited space. I've considered arborvitae but I'm unsure if they're the best choice. Quick-growing options would be great, too!

I've had good luck with Emerald Green arborvitae. Some people love them, while others aren’t fans. They do need some care to get established, especially with watering during dry spells. I've planted over twenty, and not a single one has died after four years. They stay relatively compact compared to some other cultivars, too!

It’s true! I think a lot of folks underestimate how much attention arborvitae need. They really do thrive when they’re well taken care of, especially in hot weather!
