What Vegetables and Herbs Are Easy to Grow in a Greenhouse?

Hey everyone! I just got a small walk-in greenhouse (blame it on the weather!), and I'm really excited to start gardening. I've picked up some tomato and cornichon seeds, but I'm curious about what else is easy to grow. I have some experience with house plants and grew a few potatoes last year, but outside gardening is a new challenge for me. I'm based in Greater Manchester, England. Should I stick with my current plan, or do you have suggestions for other veggies or herbs I could try? Thanks a lot!

What do you enjoy eating? I start with early frost-tolerant crops, and right now I've got lettuce, mustard greens, and some sugar snap peas going. Herbs are also a great choice — I grew a ton of basil last year, and it was super rewarding!

I've got a greenhouse too, and I grow a bunch of different plants in mine! It’s fantastic for starting off your seeds. I usually begin with frost-tolerant crops like lettuce and kale, then move my tomatoes and cucumbers in once it warms up. Honestly, greenhouses are game changers for extending the growing season, so have fun experimenting!
