I've recently gone through a purely cosmetic apartment renovation, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare! Finding a reliable contractor who showed up on time and stayed on budget was a real challenge. Not to mention getting my hands on the right materials was tough as well. I'm curious, what did you find to be the most difficult part of your renovations? Is there anything you wish had been easier during the process?

Staying on schedule was a nightmare! Stuff always goes wrong, and while I get that some things are out of the contractor's control, there are plenty of times they just drop the ball. Honestly, I’ve come to realize that any schedule they promise is pretty much useless.
Scheduling is such a hassle! It’s like a free-for-all where everyone just flakes out. You can't even book the next contractor until the current one finishes, which is often a mystery. It's like the worst game of 'hurry up and wait.'
For me, it was definitely getting those last few touches done. It feels like the contractors get to a point and then just go silent. Like, I just need a bit of paint and trim and suddenly it’s an endless wait!

Absolutely! It’s like they all have their own timelines that rarely match yours.
