I've been seeing a lot of Hoyas popping up in local plant groups, and honestly, I just don't get it. They seem like these leggy plants with not much going for them visually, even when they're healthy. Can someone explain why people love them so much?

I'd also add that some folks love to try tasting them when they bloom! It might sound odd, but the experience can really change your view on them. They're more than just their looks, especially when you consider the fragrance and growth habits!
You really should check out a blooming Hoya! Some of them have this amazing scent when they flower, which surprises a lot of people. It’s a whole different experience when you see them in bloom, and that fragrance is a big part of their appeal. They can be quite charming once you get to know them!
