For aluminum-on-aluminum applications, I've had luck with the standard gray anti-seize compound from the auto parts store. It's great for tackling galling issues, as long as you don't over-torque the bolts. Just make sure the bolts are anodized, and that should help too! But I’m curious, is there a specific reason you need to stick with aluminum? Some alternatives might work better depending on the situation.
