I'm currently using a strong prescription antifungal cream, but it isn't helping with my jock itch. The ingredients include dexamethasone, chlorhexidine diHCI, and nystatin, but it keeps coming back. I'm looking for recommendations on effective antifungal treatments that really work.

It sounds like the medication you're using isn't the right fit. You might want to see another doctor for a second opinion. There are more effective antifungal options out there like Ketoconazole or Terbinafine cream, which could be better suited for jock itch.
Keep in mind that it can take time for jock itch to go away completely. I had success with Micatin, but it took about a month. Make sure to stay dry and avoid any moisture, especially if you have it on your feet as well—moisture can travel and keep the infection alive.

Yeah, I heard Lotrimin Ultra is a good over-the-counter option that's stronger than what you've got.
