I'm planning to paint some wood paneling in my basement and I'm looking for recommendations on high-quality interior paint. I've already primed the walls, so I'm hoping for suggestions on what brand and type of paint to use. Any tips?

Honestly, both Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore are solid choices. I’ve had good experiences with Sherwin Williams Emerald line for interior surfaces. If you’re dealing with darker colors, using a tinted primer can save you a lot of work and get better coverage.
For wood paneling, you can’t go wrong with Benjamin Moore! Their Aura line is really popular, and a lot of people say it works well, especially if you start with a good primer like Kilz. I recently painted with Aura and just one coat gave a great finish. Plus, it’s paint and primer combined, which makes it easier!
If you're on a budget, I’ve read that Sherwin Williams SuperPaint offers a good mix of quality and price. I grabbed some during their sale and it seems to hold up pretty well with just a couple of coats, though it might vary based on your paneling color. Totally worth checking out if you want to save some cash!
Thanks for the tip! I’ll keep an eye out for sales on those.

I’ve used Aura too, and I totally agree! It goes on smooth and looks fantastic. Just make sure to prep well!
