I've just moved into a condo with 10-foot ceilings and I need a step ladder for tasks like changing light fixtures, patching, and painting. The catch is that storage space is limited; I can only fit something small in my bedroom closets or under the stairs, which isn't tall enough for a regular ladder. I'm looking for something really compact, like a telescopic ladder or a foldable one that can shrink down to 2-4 feet. I've seen some options on Amazon, but I'd prefer not to buy from there. Any recommendations for a safe and reliable ladder?

You might want to check out the Gorilla Ladders 18-ft Aluminum Multi-Position Ladder. It's super durable and might be a bit on the heavier side, but trust me, it’ll last you forever. Just be aware that it’s a bit pricey. A friend shared a link to it from Home Depot, which you can easily look up!

That ladder does look solid! But I’m also searching for something smaller when folded—like, can that one be left outside in the rain or snow? Maybe I could figure out how to hang it up on my emergency stairs.
