I'm curious about which M12 tools might actually be better than their M18 counterparts. Are there any specific ones that outperform? I often find lighter tools more manageable for certain tasks, but I'd love to hear what others think based on their experiences!

From what I've seen, the M12 Surge and the Ratchet seem to stand out, especially since there's no M18 Ratchet. Depending on your needs, the M12 Stubby impact might be a better fit, particularly for tight spaces where the M18's bulk might get in the way.
Honestly, I think a lot of the lighter duty tools are just better balanced with enough power. The M12 caulking gun and multi-tool feel great in hand. Plus, shout out to the M12 Rover light – it's awesome! The new version coming out looks like it's going to be even better with improved angles and brightness.

Yeah, I've heard good things about that new Rover light too! Can't wait to see how it performs.
