I'm looking for recommendations on the quietest yet most powerful bathroom vent fan. Right now, I'm staying at my parents' place while my house undergoes repairs from hurricane damage. Panasonic is definitely the way to go! I had their fan installed last year, and let me tell you, it's super quiet—especially on the low setting. I actually had to check if it was running because it was that quiet! When it’s on high, you can hear it, but it's not too loud, even outside the bathroom. Consumer Reports recommended it, and I'm really happy with my choice.
If you're considering the Panasonic Whisper Mighty, just a heads up that installation can be a real pain. It's a messy job, but once it's in, it works great! I ended up dealing with some complicated ducting—had to change some pipes in the attic. But now the airflow is amazing, like a hurricane in there!
