I've had my Roomba for over 5 years now, and while it does pick up dust, hair, and sand effectively on my hardwood floors, the random path it takes is a bit frustrating. It often gets stuck and struggles to find its way back to the dock. I've heard that iRobot isn't leading in the vacuum market anymore and that brands like Roborock might be better these days.
Yeah, I feel you on that! My robot vacuum, Dobby, gets stuck on furniture and extension cords too, so it’s definitely a regular thing for us to hear it asking for help.
