What’s the Best Solar Setup for Power Outages?

I'm looking for a reliable solar setup to help me out during power outages. My main goal is to keep my fridge cold for a few days, along with powering a lamp and charging cellphones. I want to be cost-effective but still get good performance. I was thinking about using an Anker Solix power bank and maybe a few 100W panels from Harbor Freight, but I'd love suggestions on brands and capacities for both the power bank and solar panels. Any ideas or alternative setups would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Instead of going for those 100W panels at about $120 each, you might want to consider getting a higher capacity option. For example, there’s a deal on Amazon for a two-pack of Renogy 450W bifacial panels for $667, which breaks down to about $0.74 per watt. That way, you get a lot more power without a steep price per watt!

Haha, that's exactly why I'm here asking for tips! Do you think the 900W setup would be sufficient for running a fridge and a few other devices?
