I'm curious about the best time to pick vegetables from the garden. Is it better to do it in the morning or the evening? What do you all think?

While picking in the morning is recommended due to some molecular changes at sunrise, I'm not sure it has a noticeable flavor difference. But I definitely feel like veggies taste fresher!

You can really taste the difference, especially with stuff like lettuce. It’s crisper and fresher when picked in the morning!

I usually pick my veggies whenever I see they're ripe and I'm free to do so. It's all about convenience for me!

Morning is often considered the best time because veggies are at their freshest then. But honestly, most of us might not be able to stick to that schedule every time!
