I'm curious about the insecticides that professional pest control companies rely on for dealing with wasps. I've tried using 6 cans of Raid without much success. What do you recommend?

Professionals often use soapy water for nests, especially when they can get close in a suit. Spraying alone can miss the mark; you might need to physically deal with the nest too. Just something to keep in mind!
A lot of pros use PT Wasp Freeze because it’s super effective, but you need to hit them directly. If they’re hiding in places like the attic, pairing it with PT 565 can help to chase them out of their nests. Just be ready to aim right!
When I faced a stubborn hornets' nest, I struggled with sprays too. In the end, I blasted it with a power washer, which was a game changer. To apply the spray, I used a broom attached to a long pole to reach the nest effectively. Surprised how well it worked!
Nice technique! I have some behind my siding too, and I might give that a shot.
Tempo 1% dust has worked wonders for me! I treated a yellow jacket nest at night and saw a major decrease in just one day. Just be cautious to apply it after dark so you don't get stung!

Exactly! It’s best used like that. You really want to make sure you can get a precise shot.
