I'm trying to figure out the best method to cool down my garage. I have an attic space with gable vents, and I'm considering installing a thermostat-controlled fan either in the window or in the ceiling to help push air into the attic. There's also a gap under one of the doors that could let in outside air. Any suggestions or advice on how to keep the garage cooler?

If you're looking for devices, check out Lee Valley Tools or greenhouse suppliers; they often have fans and systems designed for temperature control. It’s worth a look!
A mini-split system could do wonders for cooling your garage efficiently without too much hassle. They're pretty easy to install and can make a big difference in temperature.
Consider installing a 10-12 inch exhaust fan in the gable vent to help pull hot air out. Just make sure your garage is insulated!
