I recently got a big bag of FoxFarm soil, and it turns out it's infested with fungus gnats, which are super annoying in my small apartment! I'm looking for effective treatments to tackle these pests. Right now, I have some sticky traps from Amazon in my pots, and I've got SNS 209 and neem oil ready to go. I've seen mixed reviews on what's most effective, so I'd love to hear what has worked well for you guys!

Honestly, Neem Oil won't really help against the gnats since they don’t come in contact with it much. My go-to is definitely combining Mosquito Bits and Gnat Tape; the Bits handle the larvae and the tape traps the adults.
Diatomaceous earth works wonders! Just sprinkle it on top of your soil, and it will help keep the gnats at bay.
I recommend using systemic granules for houseplants along with the sticky traps. It's a solid combo and should help you get rid of them quickly.
Mosquito Bits are the way to go! You can sprinkle them in the soil, and make sure to reapply treated water every week to get rid of any larvae. Those sticky traps are also essential to catch the adults. Just a heads up, if you're choosing soil, Fox Farms might not be the best option if you want to avoid gnats, Miracle Grow is on my list instead.
