I'm planning to install underground irrigation piping on my property and I'm tackling my first trenching project. I need to dig about 350ft of trench that's 3ft deep. There's one pipe I'll need to cross over, which is already marked. I'm wondering what the best approach is for digging this trench. Should I rent a mini-excavator, a trenching tool, or something else? I'm using 2" PVC pipe for the installation. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!
