I recently swapped out my carpet for hardwood floors and ended up ripping the wallpaper a bit when I took off the trim. What's the best way to fix this wall?

To fix that wall, start by taking off the baseboards. Cut away any loose bits of paper from the wallpaper. Then, spackle over the damaged area, sand it down, and prime it. You might want to paint the entire section of the wall for a smooth finish, but it’s up to you if you want to just touch it up.

Are baseboards and trim easy to take out and put back in?

Thanks, I learned how to remove the trim from my dad while we replaced the flooring, but obviously by the wallpaper rip we are both not professionals lol.
