I've crafted some wooden toy wheels using a scroll saw, but I've noticed that they all turn out slightly different and aren't congruent like the ones from well-known brands. I'm looking for tips or techniques to make these wheels more uniform and of better quality. Any suggestions on improving my process?

Using a hole saw is a great option for making toy wheels quickly and easily! If you want a smoother finish, you might also consider turning them on a lathe. It gives you more control over the shape and smoothness of the wheels. Just an idea!
Totally agree! The lathe really helps in achieving that professional look. Worth trying if you have access to one.
