I'm totally new to gardening and haven't grown anything besides some herbs. I've done a bit of research on propagating Cherry Laurel, and I think I can handle it, but I'd really appreciate some personal tips or noob-friendly advice to make sure I'm on the right track!

Cherry Laurels can be found popping up in all sorts of places, especially around hedges where birds drop the seeds. Keep your eyes peeled under any hedges for those little plants, as they thrive even in shady spots!
You can either start from seeds or take semi-ripe cuttings during the summer months. However, if you're in a hurry, digging out a sucker from an existing bush is usually quicker since Cherry Laurels tend to sucker a lot!
Is it too early to take cuttings now, or are they good to go?
