I'm trying to remove the drain plug in my shower so I can pour some declogger down it, but I'm stuck. The plug only comes up to a certain point, and I'm not sure how to get it out. I've attached a photo for reference.

You should try unscrewing the top piece of the drain plug. It might take a bit of effort, but that’s the usual way to get it out!
I faced a similar problem before. Sometimes there’s a small screw underneath the plug. Pull the plug up as much as you can and see if you can unscrew it from the bottom. It can get a bit tricky with limited space, but it shouldn't be too difficult!

Got it, I’ll check for that screw since nothing else has worked so far.
