What’s the Best Way to Repair a Scratch in a White Bathroom Sink?

So, my wife accidentally dropped something with a sharp edge into our white bathroom sink, and now there's a noticeable scratch. I tried cleaning and buffing it out, thinking it was just a shallow mark, but it seems deeper than that. For context, the sink is undermount and sits on a quartz countertop. Does anyone have tips on how to fix this?

You might want to try a ceramic or porcelain repair kit, which should work well for your sink. Just clean the area around the scratch thoroughly, apply the filler according to the instructions, and then smooth it out. After it dries, you can use a fine-grade sandpaper and some polish to blend it in with the rest of the sink. Good luck!

If the scratch is significant, using a rubbing compound can help. Just apply it using a soft cloth in a circular motion. It's gentle enough not to damage the surface any further. If that doesn’t work, consider reaching out to a professional for a more permanent fix. Hopefully, it doesn’t cost too much!

Yeah, if you're not comfortable doing it yourself, a pro is the way to go. Better safe than sorry!
