I'm looking for tips on how to create rows for planting corn without relying on heavy machinery. Is there a tool or method that can help me manage this easily?

Last season, I switched from rows to mounds for my corn. I make a mound about 6 inches high and 3 feet wide, then plant 5-6 seeds in each one. It's awesome how they can fertilize each other, plus it's way easier than dealing with rows! Look into 'planting corn in hills' for more tips.
It really depends on how much space you have. When I was a kid, we would just use a yardstick and plant our small plot by hand, it worked out fine! Just make sure to keep the spacing consistent.
You might want to check out a corn row planter! They're pretty handy for this kind of task. You can find some options online if you're looking for something that won't require heavy machinery. Just search up 'corn row planter' on Amazon and you'll see a bunch of choices!
That sounds great! But is there a version of that tool that doesn't include a seeder? I've seen something similar before.

So you just dug little trenches for them, right?
