What’s the Best WiFi-Enabled Garage Door Opener for an Older Steel Door?

I'm looking to replace my old garage door opener, which was probably installed around 2000. After 25 years, it's starting to show its age, so it's time for an upgrade. I have a double-width, one-piece steel door, and I want a new opener that lets me control it via WiFi. It's crucial since I've forgotten to close it a few times when driving away. Ideally, I want something that might incorporate a camera as well, although we already have one in the garage. Any recommendations for a solid opener?

I have a Chamberlain garage door opener and honestly, it used to have Google integration until they changed things, so now I can only use the Chamberlain app. Not the best situation. What I did instead was add a Tailwind controller, and it’s been a game changer! It opens automatically when I arrive, closes when I leave, and even has a feature that checks every hour if it's open and closes it if it is. Really handy! Just a heads up, it works better with Android devices though.

Thanks for the info! We mainly use Apple products like iPhones and iWatch, but our alarm system is on Google Nest. Do you think that will affect compatibility? Currently, we have a LiftMaster that's been solid so far.
