What’s the coolest thing you’ve recycled into a project enclosure?

I've been thinking about how purchasing finished products can sometimes cost less than buying new project enclosures. I'm curious to know what are some of the best items you've repurposed for your projects. Any creative or useful ideas?

You can’t go wrong with plastic pill bottles and Tic Tac containers. They’re super handy for all sorts of small builds. I've even turned Scho-ka-kola tins into projects by punching holes for LED bezels and switches!

Old cable boxes can be a great option, too. I used one for a media center when the Raspberry Pi 2 launched. It made everything look organized instead of a jumbled mess of components. I’m also thinking about using an old Linksys router for a streaming radio project!

I love using Altoids tins! They’re the perfect size for small projects and screw together easily. Plus, they look neat too!
