I'm looking to tear out a wall and build two three-season sunrooms (one with glass and one screened-in) with a deck on top. Each room will measure about 15x15 and will be on adjoining sides of my house in NE Kentucky near Ashland. I can manage the staining and painting, but I'm curious about the costs involved. I think it might cost around $20-25k for the whole thing, but I'd love to hear from anyone who might have a better idea!

Honestly, you're probably looking at a bare minimum of $40k for each sunroom. If you're planning to do both, expect the total to hit around $140k. I've done a lot of remodeling, and prices usually start around $200 per square foot, so you'd want to budget more for better accuracy.
